Theresa Jackson

Senior Sustainable Investing Fellow

Theresa is a philanthropic professional working in the Greater Philadelphia region. Theresa currently serves as the manager for the Seybert Foundation, a private foundation supporting youth-serving nonprofits in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to that, Theresa worked with Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, a regional philanthropy serving membership association. Theresa values the power of cross-sector collaborations to advance change and believes that the voices and leadership of those most impacted by systems are essential to developing truly viable, transformative, and equitable solutions for change. Theresa serves on the Valentine Foundation’s Visionary Leadership Fund Committee, and the Board of CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia, and serves as a Co-chair of PEAK Grantmaking’s DEI Learning 101 Community of Practice. She was a founding member of the Philadelphia Black Giving Circle. Theresa is a graduate of Hampshire College with concentrations in American Studies and English/Creative Writing. Theresa joins RFL from 17 Asset Management where she was a Senior Sustainable Investing Fellow.
